Project development:

We have developed process for each phase of the SDLC. We believe in agile development methodology. We tend to spend more time in the Requirement gathering & Design phase to avoid any delays in the delivery due to misunderstanding or overlooked functionality. Component architecture allows us to have modular development which allows easy of customization and extendibility. Testing is not a phase which comes at the end of project plan, it’s a continuous process which is imposed at every step.

Quality assurance:

By the means of constant monitoring of each and every phase of SDLC. We have devised a testing methodology which is a combination of best practices used in the industry. For us quality is more than just having the application tested for functionality. Quality for us is ease of use, ease of extendibility, ease of customization.; Each piece of work is reviewed by a third person to get impartial review.

Communication:
